Terms of Service

This website and online learning system are provided by บริษัท เอเชีย คอนเน็คท์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (Asia Connect Corporation Co., Ltd.), 8/2 ซอยฉลองกรุง 19, แขวงลำปลาทิว เขตลาดกระบัง, กรุงเทพมหานคร, 10520, Thailand, under the name AC Academys. They cover online courses, registration and payment for training, tracking your progress, and issuing and verifying certificates.

By registering or using the service you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, together with the Privacy Notice, the Cookie Policy and the Purchase and Refund Policy.

• Give accurate, up-to-date information.
• Keep your password secret and tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.
• One account is for one person. Do not share or sell an account.
• If you are not yet an adult (under 20), please have a parent or guardian know about it and consent before you register or buy a course.

The videos, documents, quizzes and other course content belong to AC Academys or its licensors. You may use them for your own study only. Do not copy, record, publish, adapt or use them commercially without written permission.

Prices are shown in Thai baht (THB) and include 7% value added tax unless the course page says otherwise. Some online courses are free. The course page shows the price before you sign up. Payment, cancellation and refunds are covered in the Purchase and Refund Policy.

• Use the service for anything unlawful.
• Try to get into the system, or anyone else's account or data, without permission.
• Disrupt or damage the system, including by automated scraping.
• Hand in work that is not your own, or forge a certificate.

Behaviour in discussions and reviews is covered by the Community Guidelines.

The conditions for issuing a certificate are in the Assessment and Certification Policy.

We work to keep the service running and the content accurate, but cannot promise it will never fail. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. These terms do not exclude or limit any liability that Thai law does not allow to be excluded or limited, and do not affect your rights as a consumer.

If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account, and we will tell you why.

We may update these terms. The version and effective date are shown on this page, and we will tell you about important changes.

These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes fall under the competent Thai courts.
