This policy is published in Thai and English. If the two versions differ in meaning, the Thai version prevails. If any part is unclear, please contact us at support@acacademys.com.

Initial draft for use now — under review by the company's legal team.

1. The certificates we issue

  • Onsite training: a certificate of completion issued by AC Academys once you have attended and met that course's requirements.
  • Online courses: a course certificate issued by AC Academys, only for courses whose page says a certificate is offered.

These certificates are AC Academys's own. They are not an academic degree or a state-recognised professional qualification unless the course page clearly says otherwise.

2. How you earn a certificate

The conditions for each course, such as finishing every lesson, a quiz score, handing in work or attending the full session, are on the course page before you sign up. The system issues the certificate when they are met.

3. Assessment

  • Some quizzes are marked automatically; work you hand in may be marked by the instructor.
  • The number of retakes and the pass mark are as the course page states.
  • Work you hand in must be your own. Copying, or having someone else do it, can lead to the result being cancelled.

4. Verifying a certificate

Every certificate carries a number and a QR code that opens a verification page on this website. Outsiders can use it to check the certificate. The page shows only what is needed, such as the recipient's name, the course and the issue date.

5. Withdrawal and corrections

If a certificate was issued by mistake or obtained dishonestly we may withdraw or correct it, and we will tell the holder why. You can ask us to correct a misspelt name or other error at support@acacademys.com.
