1. Emails the service needs

We always send the emails the service needs, such as email verification, password reset links, order status and receipts, and certificate notices. You cannot switch these off while your account exists.

2. Emails you can choose

Other kinds of email, for example a notice that a course you follow is open for enrolment, carry an “Unsubscribe from emails like this” link at the bottom. One click stops that kind, with no sign-in needed.

3. Other channels

We do not send promotional messages by SMS or chat apps without your consent.
